THE BASICS

Pay : With competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour .

Schedule : This is a full-time cosmetology position. This role offers the consistency of a full-time schedule, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with students and contributing to their growth throughout the program.

YOUR DAY AS A LICENSED ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR

Each day will begin by setting the tone for learning through engaging lessons based on our well-established esthetics curriculum. You will guide students through a wide range of techniques and procedures, from skincare treatments to waxing, all while supporting their development and performance in a positive, encouraging environment. Beyond the classroom, you will work side by side with students in guest services, helping them prepare for real-world success in the beauty industry. Your passion, professionalism, and mentorship will help students gain the confidence and skills they need to thrive, leaving a lasting impact on their careers and lives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A LICENSED ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR

• Current Ohio instructor license
• Strong knowledge of the esthetics industry
• Positive attitude and team player attitude
