Taco Bell joined Flynn Group in 2013 with the acquisition of 76 restaurants. Since then, we have more than tripled in size to become the 3rd largest Taco Bell franchisee in the world and growing. We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, which was founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. It has grown since then to the largest franchise operator in the world. Flynn owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic, world class brands across diverse segments, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell Wendy's and Planet Fitness. Description

As a Restaurant General Manager , you lead a multi-million dollar business with total operational and financial responsibility for your Taco Bell unit. Your leadership will inspire your team to Live Más every day while providing excellent service and training to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Overall Leadership and Management: Lead your team to achieve operational excellence while embodying our brand values.

  • Train and Motivate Employees: Develop your team to ensure they deliver the best service and uphold Taco Bell standards.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain a high-quality guest experience that keeps customers coming back.

  • Respond to Guest Needs and Complaints: Address customer feedback swiftly and positively to maintain a loyal customer base.
