Home Health Aides (HHA)

Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding career? Marquis Home Care is seeking dedicated HHAs to provide exceptional in-home care to clients throughout our service area.

Reliable transportation is required , as our caregivers travel to clients' homes to provide essential care and support.

Compensation

HHA (Driver with Reliable Vehicle): $22.00 per hour

Bonuses

$300 Sign-On Bonus  Eligible new hires who accept a case and remain active for 30 days.

Refer Two Friends & Earn $1,000 - Refer two caregivers who accept a case and remain active for 30 days, and you'll receive a $1,000 referral bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Promote client safety and properly use assistive devices such as wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, and other medical equipment
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and their families
• Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional standards at all times
• Follow agency policies, dress code, and New York State regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse

Qualifications

• Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes are required
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan
