You move with purpose and speed, think like an owner, and treat every day as Day One.About the teamNACF Finance Transformation & Analytics is a centralized, Hub-and-Spoke analytics team that supports the North American Customer Fulfillment network. The team is the front door for finance analytics: rationalizing the reporting landscape into one source of truth, delivering advanced analytics and deep-dive root-causing, and building AI-first automation that lets finance spend less time assembling data and more time answering the hard questions. You will partner with Senior Leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, and Technology as a trusted financial advocate and business partner.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical fieldPreferred Qualifications- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience- MBA, or CPA- Knowledge of SQL/ETL- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
