The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a trusted, family-owned wholesale distributor serving the low-voltage security industry, in Earth City, MO to identify an experienced Senior Supply Planner.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days in office/week)

What You’ll Do

In this role you will own end-to-end supply planning for finished goods in a fast-paced CPG environment, serve as the critical link between demand, inventory, and suppliers to ensure product availability, manage risk and optimize cost and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and purchase/transfer order management
  
• Optimize inventory to prevent stockouts and excess
  
• Manage vendor performance and resolve supply issues
  
• Analyze forecasts, supply risks, and KPIs to drive improvements
  
• Develop planning tools, dashboards, and process enhancements
  
• Support cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  
• 5+ years of supply or production planning experience, preferably in a CPG environment
  
• Advanced Excel and ERP/inventory systems experience
  
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred

• Inventory turns and stockout rate (≤2%)
  
• PO accuracy and cycle time
  
• Forecast accuracy and on-time delivery
  
• Cost savings achieved
