Senior Accountant

DescriptionKforce has a client in Saint Charles, MO that is seeking a Senior Accountant.Key Responsibilities:* Manage monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance* Lead fixed asset accounting activities, including project setup, capital expenditure tracking, asset capitalization, and annual inventory processes* Support sales and use tax reporting and compliance requirements* Assist with annual budgeting and operating plan preparation* Partner with plant leadership, corporate finance teams, and auditors* Perform financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as neededRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting* 3+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing or process manufacturing environment* Large ERP systems experience required* Experience with fixed assets, capital projects, and asset capitalization* Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close* Advanced Excel skills* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organizationJob TypeDirect HireCompensation90000 - $115000
