We’re hiring for a General Manager / Sales Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and develop high-performing sales and recruiting teams.

What You Will Do

\n

\n
• Lead overall sales strategy and drive branch revenue growth
\n
• Develop new business and expand client relationships
\n
• Participate in high-value client meetings and strategic account development
\n
• Coach and mentor sales representatives and recruiters through field engagement
\n
• Conduct ride-along and provide hands-on sales coaching
\n
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members
\n
• Establish KPIs and hold teams accountable for performance metrics
\n
• Monitor branch performance including revenue, margins, and fill rates
\n

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of leadership experience in staffing or workforce solutions
\n
• Proven success leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
\n
• Strong business development and client acquisition background
\n
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams
\n
• Ability to drive accountability while maintaining a positive culture
\n
• Comfortable working in the field with clients and team members
\n
• Strong financial and operational acumen
\n
