Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months. • 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred. • 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North TX Division. Additional Details: Special Requests: Must be 50+ miles from the facility. Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry rhythm interpretation. Unit Details: Uses telemetry in each room with station monitors, Dynamaps, glucometers, iMobile phones, bladder scanner, and an advanced call light system. Procedures include PICC line removal and vas cath/temp cath removal. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays required.
