Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. Role Outside Sales Consultant – Renewal by Andersen | Greater Cincinnati Territory. Full-Time | Commission-Based | Paid Training. Responsibilities Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. Provide all necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects. Engage in a strong one-call close sales approach with no project management or follow-up required. Compensation and Benefits Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually. Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship. Opportunity to compete for annual Sales Trip for top performers. Eligible for full insurance package (medical, dental, vision, and life). 401(k) retirement program. Student loan repayment and tuition assistance. Qualifications Have a valid Driver’s License (required). Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required). Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required). Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required). 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
