Step into a rewarding short-term opportunity supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic district setting. This district-wide contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference across various age groups and campuses, all while expanding your professional experience.

This full-time BCBA assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and is expected to last approximately nine weeks. With a schedule of roughly 7–7.5 hours per day, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty and staff to positively impact the educational experience for a diverse student population.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut BCBA license (required)
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting students with a range of disabilities, ideally across multiple grade levels
• Reliable transportation to travel among school locations within the district

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments and interventions for students district-wide, spanning Pre-K through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student needs
• Deliver training and ongoing support to school personnel as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of behavioral interventions and student progress
