Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for adaptations or accommodations
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students in achieving their physical goals
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
