Key Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut is required
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other support services
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Comfort managing a diverse K-12 caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments and individualized interventions to students based on IEPs and team recommendations
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with educational staff and families to support students’ access to their learning environment
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to plan and review services
• Promote and facilitate inclusive participation for all students in school activities
• Stay updated on best practices and regulations within pediatric and school-based physical therapy
