We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Ridgeway Rehab Center! As a proud member of our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in designing and delivering customized therapy programs to help individuals regain their independence and confidence.

• Track progress, report findings, and adjust plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Educate residents and make therapy engaging and enjoyable.

• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment.

• Spread positivity and kindness while making a lasting impact on our residents' lives.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

• A heart full of compassion, a brain full of knowledge, and hands ready to help.

• Bonus points if you have a year of experience as a COTA!

Compensation:

• $40 HOURLY
