Sales Support Specialist

This highly visible role partners directly with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, support business development initiatives, and keep projects moving forward. What You'll Do Partner with Operations leadership on strategic projects and day-to-day initiatives Prepare executive meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, meeting notes, and action items Maintain Salesforce by keeping client, prospect, and pipeline information accurate and organized Use ZoomInfo and other research tools to maintain executive contact information and stay current on company and leadership changes Coordinate Lunch & Learns, networking events, client dinners, happy hours, webinars, and team events Assist with business development efforts through networking, referrals, and outreach Manage calendars, scheduling, and light travel coordination Create reports, audit data, proofread communications, and identify process improvements Collaborate across departments to keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met We're Looking For Someone Who Is Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems Experienced with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint A self-starter who enjoys taking initiative A strong communicator who enjoys working with people Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interested in networking, relationship building, and supporting business growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1+ years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Executive Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems strongly preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr
