Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem | 4 Shifts per Month Requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday. ** PAY RATE BETWEEN $26-30/HOUR ** + PICK UP PAY: $5/HOUR FOR WEEKDAYS AND $7/HOUR FOR WEEKENDS (based on experience and shift differentials) Make a meaningful impact with Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, located in Dousman, WI! Current and valid CPR certification. Experience in long-term care is preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to frequently push or pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects weighing 100 pounds or more. What you'll do as a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse: Safely provide medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following accepted standards of practice and organizational policies. Maintain accurate, timely written and electronic records in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Monitor and document residents' conditions, report changes to the RN and relevant team members, and collaborate in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Assist with admissions and readmissions, gather clinical data, support resident care programs by ensuring adherence to plans of care, and oversee CNA performance in these areas.
