NetSuite Functional Consultant

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in NetSuite ERP administration, configuration, and functional consulting.

• Proficiency in NetSuite financial modules including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

• Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), revenue recognition, and subscription billing.

• Experience in inventory valuation, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) accounting, and supply chain workflows.

• Experience with building and managing saved searches, custom reports, financial dashboards, and SuiteFlow workflows.

• Experience in NetSuite third-party ecosystem integrations, eCommerce platforms, and financial troubleshooting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on NetSuite ERP system administration, custom configurations, and business process optimizations.

• Optimize core financial workflows across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash operations.

• Manage Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) configurations, automated revenue schedules, and COGS calculations.

• Build, customize, and maintain complex NetSuite saved searches, financial reporting suites, and role-based dashboards.

• Design automated approval and business logic workflows utilizing NetSuite SuiteFlow.

• Troubleshoot system transaction errors, inventory adjustments, and third-party integration data flows.

• Partner directly with finance and accounting stakeholders to translate business needs into technical ERP solutions.
