A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Washington office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least one year of litigation experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative firm offering a clear path to partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
Manage written discovery, take and defend depositions, and assist with trial preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Opportunity to work on transactional matters for candidates interested in a hybrid practice.
Qualifications:
Active Washington State Bar license (required).
Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
Experience with legal research, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a desire for long-term career growth.
