Join our culture of caring and make a positive and lasting impact on health care for millions.The Licensed Practical Nurse serves the patient, the physician and other staff members by assisting in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management.Primary Responsibilities:Prepare patients for examination and treatment. Take patient histories and vital signsPrepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments and follow policies and proceduresAssist physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicalsMaintain the patient file, records and other informationUse nursing theory to guide patient carePerform selected nursing and administrative dutiesPrepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instrumentsGive injections and apply splints and dressingsMaintain patient confidentialityAttend staff meetings as requiredPerform other duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Graduate of accredited nursing schoolCurrent Oregon LPN license1+ year of professional nursing experienceHealthcare provider level BLS/CPR certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employmentPreferred Qualification:Experience with an electronic medical record systemPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment.
