An established engineering firm is seeking a Structural Bridge Engineer to join its growing structural team in Allen, Texas. This is a high-impact opportunity for an engineer who enjoys bridge design, wants to work on major Texas transportation projects, and is looking for long-term career growth within a collaborative environment. The position has been created due to a significant increase in project workload and an immediate need for additional technical leadership and design support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural and bridge design for transportation infrastructure projects.
• Support ongoing Texas bridge projects and contribute to project delivery efforts.
• Work closely with the Structures Manager and other senior engineers to help manage project workload.
• Assist with mentoring and technical support for team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
• Contribute to proposal development and business pursuits if bringing more senior-level experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; master's degree preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of structural or bridge engineering experience, with consideration given to candidates with additional experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas required.
• Recent Texas bridge design experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with transportation and bridge projects is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
