Senior Counsel, Litigation & Employment — Disputes Leader

Whop is seeking a Senior Counsel, Litigation and Employment to own the disputes function and act as the company’s primary employment counsel. You will manage litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes, advise the people team on employment matters across the U.S.
and internationally, and coordinate with outside counsel as needed. You’ll build processes and playbooks to scale the team, lead investigations, and guide risk assessments while maintaining business focus in a fast-growing
