Senior Counsel, Litigation & Employment — In-House Disputes Lead

Whop Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Litigation and Employment to own the disputes function and serve as the primary employment counsel for the company. You will manage litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation matters, advising across the U.S. and internationally, while directing outside counsel when needed.
You will also protect IP, handle consumer and merchant disputes, and build efficient processes and AI-assisted workflows to handle growing volumes and multiple jurisdictions.
