Position Responsibilities

• Review Uline's customer accounts to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Research and resolve customer account discrepancies, including account names, addresses and demographic information.
• Organize customer accounts according to department standards and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes.
• Effectively communicate with customers through email and phone to verify and update account information.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of office or administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
