• 52-bed Emergency Department with a well-staffed, collaborative team environment
• Average patient ratio of 3:1; lower acuity cases up to 5:1
• State-of-the-art Alaris IV equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Comprehensive patient care including IV starts, medication administration, sedations, and pediatric emergencies
• Supportive staffing model with dedicated charge nurse, unit clerk, physician, and midlevel provider per pod
• Team nursing approach for pediatric patients

Requirements:

• Active Kansas RN license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Previous travel assignment experience or experience working in large facility environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• ENPC certification preferred
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
