Program Account Manager

Join the dynamic team at Acorn Assembly. We are a rapidly growing technology company in search of a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join us. This is a dynamic full-time position. As a Program Manager, you will work with specific key existing customers, as well as internal technical and production staff, to ensure that we delight our customers. We will provide training on our business and the industry.
Responsibilities include;
· Engaging closely with our specified key customers in all stages of their orders, from order to delivery and beyond.
· Tight integration with the sales and planning teams to ensure that we delight our customers.
· Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery of your customer orders.
· Assisting customers with placing new orders as well as answering any current questions about existing orders.
· Work strategically with customers, understanding their business realities and trends, future and current needs, and how we can support them in their success.
· Providing regular updates on customer project status to sales and management, as well as performing other duties as needed.
Qualifications include:
· College Degree or equivalent level of education required
· A minimum of 2 years of successful high-level customer service experience in the technology industry.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Prior experience in the PCB assembly industry is preferred but not required.
· Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
· Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· A curiosity about all things manufacturing and “how things work” is a major plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP software.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
