Speech & Language Pathologist

Majority Women Employee-Owned. Empowered by Everyone to Transform Lives. Overview The Richardson School is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! This position would be based out of our Brookfield campus, but may float to Cudahy campus as needed! Position Responsibilities: Evaluation and treatment of students with disorders in speech/language and cognition. Development of goals, objectives, treatment plans and materials for the treatment of speech/language and cognitive impairments; including activities, low technology AAC, etc. Data recording, billing and daily, quarterly, and annual written communication of students’ progress and current levels. Staff training on use of speech/language strategies, AAC Systems to implement in the classrooms, etc. Attendance at meetings including IEPs, weekly staffing, training/education. AAC programming, report-writing, and implementation. Communication with outside school district staff, families, and vendors. Wages/Benefits: Schedule: 8-4pm Regular School year + potential for ESY minutes Salary: starting at $75,000; final salary offer based on level of experience PTO: 5 personal days + 5 sicks each school year + year round salary Tuition Reimbursement program Full Health, Dental, and Vison Insurance plan options! 401k Program + Employeee Stock 100% Employee-Owned Company Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Possesses upon hire or applies for within one (1) month of starting, WI State Licensure with DPI + maintains same, not allowing it to lapse. 1 year of experience preferred Experience in AAC instruction and evaluation preferred Additional Information MyPath and its Operating Companies provide specialized services and dignified care for children, adolescents and adults with special needs.
