Senior Software Engineering Manager - Rochester

Salary: $140,500 - 261,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• We need experience in an Agile Scrum development environment.
• We prefer embedded software development experience.
• We must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

• We lead one or more scrum teams to deliver new capabilities on schedule and within budget.
• We coordinate across engineering, test, factory, and hardware teams to keep the overall program timeline on track and maintain quality standards.
• We directly supervise more than 10 software engineers.
• We support factory production and hardware obsolescence issues to keep radio manufacturing running smoothly.
• We prepare estimates for program work and IRAD projects related to the radio platform.
• We oversee career development for our software engineering team.
