California Licensed Field Service Engineer

Leading the repair and maintenance of advanced robotic systems, the full-time California Licensed Field Service Engineer will work second shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, focusing on troubleshooting complex electrical systems, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in repair processes. Key responsibilities Lead repair and maintenance of complex prototype electromechanical sub-assemblies and systems Troubleshoot electrical system failures and create repair documentation with minimal guidance Collaborate with design engineers to iterate on prototype designs and improve quality control Required qualifications Experience with maintenance and repair workflows Proficiency in repair ticketing or issue management tools such as JIRA Hands-on experience building and debugging electro-mechanical test setups Familiarity with lab equipment including oscilloscopes and power supplies Experience with communication interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C
