Schedule: this is a PRN (as needed) position that does not have a set schedule or number of hours/week it will work.

How you'll contribute

A Rehab Tech who excels in this role prepares treatment areas, cleans treatment areas, positions patients, procures and inventories supplies and transports and assists patients. Additional responsibilities include:

• Transports, lifts, transfers, moves and repositions patients in the patient room, Therapy Gym and other common areas of the hospital.
• Prepares patient for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment.
• Prepares, cleans and maintains treatment areas and equipment.
• Procures and keeps an accurate inventory of all therapy supplies.
• Performs routine clerical tasks for therapy department.

What we're looking for

• High School diploma
• CPR/BCLS certification
• Minimum six months experience in an acute or long term facility preferred.
