Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong transactional experience and a refined understanding of business law, with the ability to manage complex legal matters across a broad spectrum of industries. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned partners and thought leaders in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and operational matters.
- Advise clients on entity formation, structuring, and reorganization.
- Support transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
- Work with clients in the healthcare sector on regulatory and business matters.
- Assist with employment-related documentation and compliance issues.
- Engage in real estate transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
