We're Hiring: Transfer Associate | St. Petersburg, FL
Looking for candidates with banking/financial services, document processing, and client services experience for a full-time Transfer Associate opportunity in St. Petersburg, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process client account transfer requests and supporting documentation.
- Verify forms, signatures, and legal documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with external financial institutions regarding transfer status.
- Reconcile client accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience in a professional office environment (non-healthcare).
- Banking or financial services experience.
- Document processing and management experience.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Data entry assessment required: Minimum 6,000 KPH with at least 85% accuracy.
Work Details:
- Location: St. Petersburg, FL (local candidates only)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Training: Fully onsite for approximately 4 weeks
- After training: Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite per week
- Laptop provided
- Opportunity for contract extension or conversion based on attendance and performance.
