We connect you with verified openings from employers you can trust. Job Summary: Rippling is a workforce management platform that unifies HR, IT, and finance operations into a single system. As a Product Lead for the Time Products suite, you will shape the direction and execution of features aimed at enhancing workforce management solutions, driving growth and adoption in this critical product area. Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch new features that unlock growth and adoption of the Time Products suite, including Time Off (Leave Management), Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and our Kiosk App.
- Lead the development of self-serve onboarding, free trial experiences, and product activation flows for a new standalone version of Rippling’s Time Products — a key initiative to attract new customers and drive cross-sell into Rippling’s broader platform.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to define the critical feature set for a category-defining workforce management solution.
- Obsess over building a feature-rich, yet elegant, easy-to-use, and intuitive product experience that delights both employees and administrators.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, go-to-market, marketing, compliance, sales, and account management teams to ensure end-to-end customer and sales success.
- Stay deeply attuned to market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to ensure the Time Products suite remains competitive, innovative, and several steps ahead of market needs.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Self-starter with a bias towards action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product and usability instincts
- Experience with funnel optimization, activation loops, and onboarding UX
- Helicopter pilot mentality - you can easily switch from high level strategy and planning to UI polish and data model details
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong alignment with our leadership principles: in particular Go and See, and Are Right, a Lot.
