What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative with Pally Roofing, you'll be responsible for building relationships with homeowners, identifying roofing opportunities, following up with potential customers, and helping guide customers through the sales process.

That means you won't be sitting around waiting for success to come to you.

You'll need to go get it.

You'll prospect. You'll meet people. You'll follow up. You'll build relationships. You'll ask for the business. And most importantly, you'll make sure the customer feels taken care of from the first conversation through the entire process.

Because at Pally Roofing, we're not interested in making a quick sale at the expense of our reputation.

We want customers who are happy they chose Pally Roofing and salespeople who are proud of how they earned their business.

Experience Is Great. Character and Drive Are Better.

Roofing experience is a plus, and sales experience can absolutely help, but we're also interested in the person behind the résumé.

We can help teach you the roofing business.

2-3 Weeks Paid Training
