Cybersecurity Analyst
DGS Office of External Affairs
The Florida Department of Health is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join the Office of Information Technology's Security Operations Center. This position monitors, investigates, and responds to cybersecurity incidents across enterprise systems while performing threat hunting, vulnerability analysis, and security event correlation. The analyst will work with department leadership, IT teams, and external partners to strengthen the department's security posture and protect statewide public health programs. Key qualifications Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response experience SIEM and EDR platform expertise Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting Network protocols, security monitoring, and log analysis Incident investigation, threat hunting, and digital forensics capabilities Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
