Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Description Are you a hands‑on mechanic who enjoys fixing real equipment — not just swapping parts? Plaisted Companies is looking for a dependable Heavy Equipment Mechanic to help keep our fleet running strong. If you’ve worked on loaders, dozers, excavators, trucks, or similar equipment — we want to talk to you. Whether you have experience in heavy equipment, diesel, ag equipment, trucking, or construction maintenance, your skills may be a great fit here. What you'll be working on Wheel Loaders Dozers Excavators Haul Trucks Rollers/Packers Conveyor systems Screen decks & wash plants You’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections to keep our operation moving safely and efficiently. Schedule Monday through Friday, the shift would be during the hours of 6:00am to 5:00 pm. Overtime available after 40 hours Pay $27.00-$30.00, depending on qualifications.
