Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Salary Range: $45-$48 per hour Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation Facility: 120-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong background in physical therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall physical function. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice Physical Therapy Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
