Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians and 2 APPs at MultiCare Auburn Regional Medical Center. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners - AGACNP preferred; FNPs only with a minimum of 1 year of adult hospitalist-specific experience. We will also consider PAs with previous experience for this role. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Part-time position: 3-4 shifts every other week. Swing shift position: 12 PM - 12 AM Key Responsibilities: Our swing APPs are responsible for admissions and cross-cover. The Hospitalist team is part of the Rapid Response team and responds to codes for their patients. No procedures are required. Rewards and Compensation: In-depth onboarding and training program for new NPs to Sound. Base salary for Part-Time is $80K, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.
