Start the next chapter of your career with Crane Aerospace & Electronics!**Essential Functions:*** Perform planning and budgeting support; prepare detailed work papers and documentation for reporting and budgeting.* Prepare annual rate package and cycle count/physical inventory exemption documentation.* Generate invoices in Government procurement systems and provide data for customer audits or inquiries.* Analyze month-end variances, WIP, shipments, and labor history trends; adjust proposals using learning curve factors and judgment.* Prepare justification and performance reviews for manufacturing overhead budgets; reconcile reports as needed.* Conduct operations audits and participate in month-end closing activities, including journal entries.**Minimum Qualifications****:*** *Experience*: 2-4 years of experience in cost accounting or related area.* *Knowledge*: Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley; Knowledge of financial systems and budget process; Knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes utilized in a high technology electronics design and manufacturing operation* *Skills/Abilities*: Ability to organize and present financial data in a clear and concise manner; Ability to effectively express self orally and in writing to prepare comprehensive analyses, recommendations and reports; Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and outside professionals* *Education/Certification*: BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related degree**Eligibility Requirement:** This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
