Senior Estimator

Overview Core & Main, a specialty distributor focused on water, wastewater, storm drainage, and fire protection products, is looking for an Estimator to support the sales and bidding process. Responsibilities Prepare bids and proposals as an essential first step in the sales and bidding process. Collaborate with engineers, review design plans and specifications to provide estimates. Partner with customers to deliver timely insight and consultation on project requirements. Set the pace for the rest of the project by providing accurate cost estimates and metrics. Use estimating experience to support critical infrastructure projects. Qualifications 2-4 years of bid preparation or related experience. Familiarity with estimation software such as Planswift.
