Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support both estimating and project management teams in the Duluth area. In this multi-faceted role, you will be the backbone of daily administrative operations: handling bid preparation, project documentation, cost tracking support, and general office coordination. Starting Pay: $24-27/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM What You'll Do Estimating & Bid Support: Assist estimators during the bidding process by obtaining documents, tracking submission deadlines, ordering bid bonds, verifying insurance, and logging bid results. Project Management Support: Provide setup assistance for new projects, process contracts, subcontracts, and change orders, and assist with project cost accounting, billings, and collections. Documentation & Records: Maintain organized physical and electronic files, prepare business correspondence, and track deadlines to keep projects compliant and on schedule. Office Administration: Greet visitors, manage incoming/outgoing mail, order office and breakroom supplies, and handle general office organizational tasks. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a main point of contact between Project Managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. What We're Looking For Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or office management. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. A professional, dependable, and self-motivated attitude. Bonus Points Experience working within the construction or contracting industry.
