As a member of our top tier welding team, in a lead role, you will have a major impact on our customers and business. You will run job sites, making solid decisions for the customer, our work team and business.Are you motivated by this work?Lead work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget marginsJoin, fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniquesCollaborate with the Customers and Engineering teams to ensure to meet all project specificationsCommunicate project progress and/or difficulties for necessary support and guidanceAssemble fabricated materials and equipmentInterpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes for usOversee site inventoryWhat's in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
