What you’ll do Be the point of contact between ABC Legal and Arizona courts — checking on filings, resolving issues, and getting status updates on document retrievals Prepare and submit legal paperwork, including calculating and including the right court fees Track, review, and organize retrieved court documents, entering everything accurately into our systems Partner daily with our court runners to navigate court timelines and troubleshoot delays Communicate with court staff, runners, and attorneys by phone, email, and Microsoft Teams Use Skye, our in-house case management system, to log progress and case notes What you need High school diploma or GED Comfortable talking on the phone and writing professional emails Solid with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) — comfortable picking up new systems Careful, detail-oriented, and good with repetitive tasks that require accuracy Fluent in spoken and written English Nice to have (not required): prior legal, customer service, administrative, or call‑center experience.
