Holiday Retail Audio Product Specialist

At A Glance Channel Partners is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer-focused Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio company inside Best Buy stores. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, educate shoppers on key features and benefits, and help drive sales of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy technology, consumer electronics, music, and working directly with customers. This is a short-term holiday assignment requiring availability on specific dates: November 21st, 22nd, and 25th; November 27th - 30th; and December 19th - 24th. You will work 5-hour shifts with specific schedules communicated in advance. Because this role is essential to supporting peak holiday sales activity, full availability across all scheduled dates is highly preferred. Minimum Pay USD $20.00/Hr. Maximum Pay USD $22.00/Hr. What We Offer Weekly pay schedule and early wage access – get paid when you need it Paid required training (online, in-store) Paid drive time and mileage between stores Out of market travel pay (drive time, mileage, per diem, hotel) State-mandated sick time State-mandated cell allowance by shift Referral bonus opportunities 401(k) after 12 months of employment Opportunity to work with a growing company that rewards and promotes its associates A variety of part-time and full-time roles across the business that can lead to consistent income What You'll Do Represent a major audio brand professionally and enthusiastically within Best Buy stores Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products Educate customers on product options and help them select the best product for their needs Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement and product demonstrations Maintain a strong understanding of products, promotions, and key features Work collaboratively with Best Buy employees to support the overall customer experience Ensure the brand display and demonstration area remain clean, organized, and customer-ready Complete all required training and program reporting Represent Channel Partners and the client brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm What You'll Bring Experience and Education: Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred Skills and Attributes: Interest in consumer electronics, music, headphones, speakers, and technology Comfortable approaching and engaging customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable and able to consistently work scheduled weekend shifts Ability to stand and move throughout the store for the duration of the shift Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
