What You'll Do
Every day is different! You'll have the opportunity to:
- Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Learn about each customer's skincare goals and recommend products that fit their needs.
- Create exceptional customer experiences that keep guests coming back.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through relationship-building and product expertise.
- Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and proper product usage.
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and fully stocked store.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
- Stay current on new products, promotions, and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a background screening.
- Be 18 + years of age
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to customers.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (our busiest time)
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or the beauty industry.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or natural products.
- Experience using retail point-of-sale systems and handling cash.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
