Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab

As a Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn –whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing. Job Summary The RN is a registered nurse participating in a specified training program which is standardized based on area of specialization. The training includes orientation, combined with unit based, precepted clinical experiences and didactic instruction. The RN is under the direct supervision of their Preceptor and Supervisor Nursing Unit. According to hospital policies and procedures, by the direction of their Preceptor, the Immersion Resident assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients.
