Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.As a Houseman, you are a part of a team that ensures guests have a wonderful experience while relaxing and enjoying their vacation at The Smoky Mountains.Together with a fun and caring team, you'll:Deliver requested item(s) to guest units (coffee, linen, terry, kitchen items, etc.)Correct any cleaning issues requested by the guest after housekeeping hoursAssist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining stock levels of inventory.Remove trash or inventory from outside of units as needed.Respond appropriately to guest request to ensure complete guest satisfaction.Maintain positive guest, owner, and associate relationshipsPromote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.Ensure compliance with all Wyndham Operating ProceduresObserve precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisorsPerforms other tasks as neededWe offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
