Apps Development Group Manager for Citibank, N.A. (Tampa, Florida) Lead the strategy and execution of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) initiatives within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group, with the objective of scaling these capabilities across Tax, Treasury, and Controllers in Citis Finance organization. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from worksite in accordance w/ Citi policies. REQS: Req a Bach deg, or frgn equiv, in Engg (any) or rltd fld & 10 yrs of prog resp, post-bach exp as a Program Mger, Sr Prjct Mger, Apps Dvlpmnt Grp Mger or rltd pos implmntng governance & risk control processes for anlytics mdels, machine learning systems, & rule based NLP solutions in regulated fin envirs. 10 yrs of exp must incld: Building automated fin anlysis wrkflws, incld variance anlysis, anomaly detection, & data driven investigative processes; Dsgning data pipelines & validation frmewrks supporting fin reporting, regulatory submissions, & data quality compliance; Dvlpng automated narrative gen & NLP driven content creation workflows for fin & mgmt reporting; Building NLP based query systems, enterprise search capabilities, & data retrieval tools across fin systems & data warehouses; Providing sr leadership with insights derived from fin anlytics, forecasting mdels, & stress testing rltd data; Managing large glb technical teams with responsibility for hiring, perf eval, delivery oversight, & resource planning; & Making architectural decisions for AI/ML pltfrms, data storage techs, anlytics tools, & enterprise cloud srvcs.
