Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Deal Desk Support Assistin structuring and reviewing commercial deals to ensure alignment with company policies and margin targets. Support the quoting process and helpestablishandmaintain pricingguardrails,toolsand templates. Collaborate with Sales and Legal tofacilitatecontract execution and resolve deal-related issues. Maintain documentation of deal desk processes, approvals, and exceptions. Monitor deal desk workflows in Salesforce andidentifyopportunities for process improvement. Track and report on deal metrics, approval timelines, and compliance with pricing policies. Pricing Analysis & Strategy Conduct pricing analysis to support strategic pricing decisions and competitive positioning. Maintain and update pricing models, rate cards, anddiscountingguidelines. Assistin preparing materials forstakeholder and leadershipreviews and recommendations. Analyze historical deal data toidentifyconsistencies,trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization. Support scenario modeling andfinancial impactassessments for proposed pricing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing and deal structures align with business goals. Collaborate with Legal teams ontermsenablement,MasterService Agreement drafts,and special term compliance. Partner with the Salesforce team to implement and test workflow enhancements. Provide data and insights to support contract negotiations with OEMs, dealer groups, and dealerships. Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Agility to supportan expanding portfolio Proficiencyin Excel and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Willingness to support end of month/end of quarter increased workflow Strongverbal and writtencommunication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset Ideal candidate will have: Experience negotiating commercial termswith internal stakeholders, including pricing, service levels, and contract obligations Proficiencyin drafting and reviewing special contract terms, including non-standard clauses, amendments, and addenda Strong understanding of legal and commercial risk, with the ability toidentifyand elevate issues appropriately Ability to construct and model complex deal structures, balancing customer needs with company profitability and compliance Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) toolsand processes Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field 2-4yearsof experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or Financial Analyst role Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment preferred Familiarity with revenue recognition principles is a plus If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
