CNC Programmer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure all programs meet quality standards and production timelines.

CNC Programmer Qualifications:

• Proven experience programming CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machining centers.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Skilled in selecting proper cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for optimized production.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC programs and collaborating with engineers and production teams.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure programs meet quality standards and production deadlines.
