Job Overview Andrews Distributing, a leading beer and spirits distributor based in Texas, is hiring a Merchandiser. The role involves on-site customer service, inventory management, and merchandising for large format accounts. Start pay: $18.50 per hour. Schedule: Tue-Sat 5:00 am-2:00 pm (flex if work completes). Responsibilities Account Service & Inventory Support – collaborate with Delivery Driver, Account Manager & DSM to provide inventory support, unload product, stock windows, shelves, displays, backstock; rotate product; build customer relationships; troubleshoot and resolve issues; keep work area clear. Account Management Support – partner with Account Manager to analyze inventory, identify sales opportunities, track orders, maintain displays, communicate competitive changes and potential account expansion. Merchandising Support – perform routine stocking, rotating, and replenishment; ensure quality and rotation policies, service levels and compliance; record OOS; price SKUs; keep backroom clean; complete retail call documentation; notify managers of breakage. Qualifications Current valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with required insurance. Basic math skills and legible writing. High school graduate or equivalent certificate. Preference for prior distribution or consumer product goods experience; beer industry experience a plus. Excellent communication skills.
