Government Solutions Product Manager

Owning the direction for government product solutions, the full-time Solutions Product Manager will work remotely to define product requirements, translate customer needs into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing offerings and develop new solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior product leaders to define product requirements and priorities for government solutions Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the technical delivery team Build relationships with sales and customer success teams to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improvement Required Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in government, ideally within a government geospatial office, with project or product leadership experience Experience with geospatial data and familiarity with government procurement processes Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Proficiency in geospatial technology and remote sensing, with knowledge of Esri, Autodesk, or Bentley products preferred Demonstrated ability to write clear technical requirements and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
